  • MDF POWDER PAINTING FACILITY

Powder coating has been used extensively in the metal industry for many years. MDF panels can be coated in high quality using low-temperature wood powder coatings containing resins, pigments, and additives. MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) panels used in the furniture industry are completely painted with powder paint and a very durable surface is obtained.

The MDF surface is electrostatically charged and painted with powder paint guns. The coated MDF then passes through the furnace, the powder coating hardens at a certain temperature and a smooth surface is obtained.

After a short cooling time, the parts can be packaged or further processed. The optimal combination of powder coating, hardening technology, furnace design, requirements for MDF sheets and a sophisticated quality assurance system leads to process reliability that is widely applied today.

    Freedom of design
There are tremendous design possibilities for users. Almost all contours are possible. In addition to a variety of three-dimensional design options, versatile edge designs can also be coated (curves, milling holes, holes, gaps, etc.)
    Color diversity
Various standard colors are available, as well as other colors.
    Durable and easy to clean
The surface has the abrasion and scratch-resistance of a synthetic resin. Thanks to the continuous edge line, a continuous, uninterrupted surface is obtained which is very easy to obtain and susceptible to contamination.
    Ecologically sound
Powder-coated MDF panels are more environmentally friendly than conventional coating methods by the use of low-temperature wood powder coatings. Excess dust (over-sprayed) is almost completely recycled. Powders are solvent and non-toxic and do not contain 100% VOC.
High-end solutions for living and working spaces!
When modern design, solid surfaces and economy are required, powder coated panels are used.
